e-Invoice and e-Archive

Follow the invoices for paid package and SMS credit sales and reseller credit top-ups, set the integrator and VAT rate, resend stalled or rejected invoices, cancel and issue credit notes.

AdministratorLast updated: Open in panel

The e-Invoicing screen shows the invoices the platform issues. An invoice is created automatically from package and SMS credit sales a customer paid by card and from credit loaded to a reseller. A package sale a reseller makes to their own customer with credit is not a platform invoice; the reseller invoices it themselves.

Buyer details come from the customer's or reseller's Billing details (Profile, package and payment). Without them, the company and tax details on the customer account are used, and failing that, a final consumer. Registered e-invoice taxpayers get an e-Invoice (e-Fatura), everyone else an e-Archive invoice (e-Arşiv).

Integrator

On the Integrator tab you set the Integrator, the default VAT rate and Enable invoice delivery. The collected amount includes VAT; VAT is extracted from it with this rate, so the invoice total always equals the amount paid to the cent.

Test integrator only for now

Real integrators (Paraşüt, İzibiz, Uyumsoft) appear as "coming soon" in the list. The mock integrator does not issue real invoices and cannot be enabled in production. While delivery is off, invoices pile up as drafts; once an integrator is enabled they are sent with Queue.

Invoices and statuses

You can filter the Invoices list by status and buyer type (customer / reseller), and find documents that reached the retry limit with Stalled only. Pressing a row opens the lines, the VAT breakdown and the document history.

Status Meaning
Draft Created while the integrator was off, waiting to be sent
Queued In the delivery queue; retried after a temporary error
Sent Delivered to the integrator, number assigned, waiting for result
Accepted Accepted by the tax authority (GİB) / buyer
Rejected Permanently rejected (validation error, buyer rejection)
Cancelled Cancelled

The invoice number and PDF are produced by the integrator; the panel only stores the link. The same payment or credit top-up never gets a second invoice.

Actions

Every action is written to the audit log; cancelling and issuing a credit note need a reason of at least 5 characters.

  • Queue: sends a draft.
  • Retry: resends a rejected or stalled document with the buyer's current billing details (no duplicate invoice is created).
  • Cancel: cancels the document. A document with an active credit note cannot be cancelled; cancel the credit note first.
  • Issue credit note: only for an accepted invoice.

Confirm the refund flow with your accountant

In Turkish practice, a refund to a registered e-invoice taxpayer is usually done with a return invoice issued by the buyer. Confirm the credit note flow with your accountant before switching to a real integrator.

Reseller credit invoice

When you load credit a reseller paid for by bank transfer (reseller detail → credit top-up), ticking Payment received, issue invoice issues an invoice to the reseller. If the amount is left empty, credit × rate is used. Leave it unticked for promotions or corrections; no invoice is created. See Reseller credit and groups.

Card payments made before invoicing went live are not invoiced automatically; if needed they are issued one by one per payment through the admin API (the same payment never gets a second invoice).
