Sales requests and funnel
Track demo, quote and contact requests from the website contact form, update their status and read the funnel counts from the pricing page to payment.
The Sales requests screen lists the requests sent through the contact form on the website. In the form the visitor picks a request type (Demo, Quote or Contact), reads the privacy notice and ticks the contact permission; the form cannot be sent without it.
Handling requests
- Filter the list by status (the default is New).
- Reply to the person by email or phone.
- Update the status (for example Contacted), add an Internal note if needed and press Save.
Every status or note change is written to the audit log; the note text itself is not stored in the audit log. Mark requests that are clearly from bots as Spam: spam requests are deleted after 30 days.
Personal data
Requests contain names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages. Only administrators can see them, and they are deleted automatically 12 months after the last activity. Do not copy requests elsewhere through screenshots or email.
Funnel counts
The top of the screen shows the last 30 days: pricing and contact page views, requests, demo requests, new customer accounts and paid payments. Views are an anonymous daily counter: no cookie, IP address or visitor ID is stored, and nothing is counted when the browser sends "Do Not Track". Because the steps are counted from separate sources and do not follow a person, read the ratios only as a direction. The new customer account count also includes accounts opened by an administrator or a reseller.
