Guest users (hotspot accounts)
Create guest accounts that sign in with a username and password one by one or in bulk from an Excel/CSV file, set their duration and speed profile, and delete them.
The Users page lists the guest accounts on your hotspots. Accounts of guests who sign in with SMS, Google or a voucher are created automatically and appear here; for staff, students or long-stay guests you create username-and-password accounts yourself.
Not a panel user
These accounts are for Wi-Fi login only and cannot open the panel. For sharing your panel account with other people see Panel users.
Read the list
The table shows Username, Full Name, Hotspot, Profile Type, speed profile, Expiry Date and Status. Expired accounts get a red badge. The search box looks in username, first name, last name, email and phone; use All hotspots to pick a single hotspot.
Create one account
- Press Add User.
- Fill in Username, Password, First Name and Last Name, and choose the Hotspot the account belongs to.
- Choose a Profile Type: Hourly (1 hour), Daily (1 day), Weekly (7 days), Monthly (30 days) or Unlimited. The expiry date is calculated from it.
- Optionally pick a Bandwidth Profile; without one no speed limit applies. See Speed profiles.
- Email and phone are optional. Save.
The guest connects with the username-and-password method on the login page. The method must be enabled in the design: Login methods.
Create accounts in bulk
- Press Bulk Add and choose the hotspot and an optional speed profile.
- Download the template with Download Template. Required columns are
kullaniciAdi,sifre,ad,soyad(username, password, first name, last name); optional columns areemail,telefon,profilTipi. - Fill in the file and upload it (.xlsx, .xls, .csv, .txt). Press Upload Users.
- The result screen shows the number of successful and failed rows, with the reason for each failed row.
Keep the file safe
The file contains plain passwords. Delete it after uploading and do not send it by email.
Delete an account
The Delete button on a row deletes the account. If the guest is online, the session is dropped on the router and the trusted device records are deleted. Law 5651 traffic records are kept for the legal retention period.
Administrator view
The platform administrator sees every customer's guest accounts on the Users page, with the All Customers filter, search and the Auth Method column. This screen is read-only; accounts are created and deleted in the customer's panel.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |

| Guest sees "wrong username" | Check that the account was created on the right hotspot and has not expired. |
| Rows rejected during bulk upload | Compare the column names with the template; a username cannot exist twice on one hotspot. |
| Speed limit not applied | Profile changes apply to new sessions; ask the guest to reconnect. See Speed profiles. |
