Ads and surveys

Show an ad or a survey on the login page and on the post-login landing page, design survey questions, and track views, clicks and responses.

CustomerLast updated: Open in panel

On the Advertisement Management page you create ad and survey records for your hotspots. A record alone is not shown to guests: you choose in the portal designer which ad or survey appears where, and publish.

Slot What is shown
Before login An ad below the login card (not clickable: there is no outside access before login)
After login A clickable ad and/or a survey on the "You are connected" landing page

Create an ad

  1. Press Create New and choose the hotspot.
  2. Choose the Advertisement type; enter a title and description.
  3. Enter the ad URL (http:// or https:// only). In the post-login slot the guest goes to this address when tapping the ad.
  4. Display Duration: in seconds; 0 keeps the ad until the guest closes it.
  5. Show Once (on by default): the ad is shown to each device only once.
  6. Optionally set a publishing window with Start Date and End Date, then save.

Create a survey

  1. Create New → type Survey. After saving, the row shows a Survey Design button.
  2. On the Questions tab add questions with Add Question. Question types: Multiple Choice, Rating (1-5), Yes/No and Text. Mark mandatory questions with Required Question.
  3. On the Design tab pick a template, colours, font and logo; check it on Preview and press Save.

On the landing page an unanswered survey holds the automatic redirect; once the guest submits it the redirect continues.

Show it to guests

  1. In the hotspot's design screen switch to the Behavior tab.
  2. In Ad and survey slots choose the ad or survey for the pre-login and post-login slots.
  3. Publish the design.

An ad is shown only if it belongs to that hotspot, is active and is inside its publishing window.

Track results

  • The ad list shows Views, Clicks and CTR. Each login attempt counts once; reloading the page does not count again.
  • The Responses section on the survey design screen lists responses by date. Download them as CSV with Download CSV.

KVKK

Survey responses are linked to the login attempt; if you add questions that ask for personal data (name, phone, email), cover this purpose in your privacy notice and obtain explicit consent where needed. Ad targeting, marketing consent management and campaign automation are coming soon; they do not exist today.
