Profile, package and payment
Edit your profile and default speed plan, read your package limits, upgrade or renew the package by card, and learn what happens when the subscription ends.
Profile details
In Profile Information on the Profile page you edit your first name, last name, email and phone with Edit. The same page has:
- Change Password and two-factor authentication: see Account security.
- Default Bandwidth Profile: the speed plan applied automatically to new guests. See Speed profiles.
- Hotel Automation Integration (PMS): the hotel PMS connection. See Mews, Cloudbeds or Custom webhook.
Your package and its limits
The Your Current Package card on the Dashboard page shows the package name and its Limits (number of devices, hotspots and guest users). The usage bars at the top show how much of each limit is used. When a limit is reached you cannot add new devices, hotspots or users; existing ones keep working.
Upgrade or renew the package
- Press Upgrade on the Dashboard page. The package list opens.
- Choose a package. The payment page opens.
- Choose a Billing Cycle: Monthly or Yearly. The yearly option shows the saving.
- Press Proceed to Payment. Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment institution iyzico; card data never reaches Hotspotly.
- When the payment is approved you return to the panel and the package applies immediately.
If the payment shows as "pending", the payment institution is reviewing it; the package applies after approval. After a failed payment you can try again with Try Again.
Packages start with payment
Paid packages become active when the payment is complete. Packages, the modules they include and prices are listed on the pricing page of the website.
If a reseller opened your account, the reseller sells and renews packages from their own credit; you do not need the payment page. See the Reseller guide.
When the subscription ends
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Ended, within the grace period | A warning appears at the top; service continues until the grace period ends. |
| Grace period over too | The panel becomes read-only, guest login on your hotspots stops and connected guests are dropped. Renewing the package restores everything. |
| Account suspended | The panel is read-only and guest login is off. Contact support. |
During the read-only period you can still open and export your Law 5651 records; your legal obligations are not interrupted.
