Customer and reseller management
As an administrator create customer accounts, manage their login details and password, change limits and subscription end, suspend a customer, assign them to a reseller and set up SMS, social login and PMS.
Customer list
The Customers page lists all customers with plan, device count, end date and status. Filter with the search box and All Statuses (active, inactive, Suspended).
Create a customer
- Press Add Customer.
- Username and a password are required; email, name, phone and company name are optional. Online card payment needs an email address; enter one if the customer will pay themselves.
- Optionally choose a Package and Billing cycle; otherwise it stays No package.
- Save and send the login details to the customer.

Suspend or deactivate
- Unticking Aktif (active) deactivates the account: the customer cannot sign in.
- Askıya al (suspend) makes the panel read-only and turns off guest login on the customer's hotspots; connected guests are dropped. Only an administrator can lift the suspension, a reseller cannot.
Both actions are written to the audit log. Law 5651 records stay stored in both cases.
Assign to a reseller
Pick a reseller in Bayi Ataması and save. From then on the reseller sees the customer in their panel, sells packages and sets up PMS. The — Admin yönetiminde (bayi yok) — (managed by administrator) option removes the link. For reseller accounts and credit see Reseller credit and groups.
PMS
The PMS page opened from the customer detail sets up the hotel system connection: provider, key, guest profile (profile type, device limit and more), default hotspot and custom webhook key. Details: Mews · Cloudbeds · Custom webhook. Other PMSs are coming soon: status.
