Platform agreements and legal pack
Publish versions of the service agreement, DPA and reseller agreement, track acceptances, and manage lawyer approval of the legal pack documents and the go-live gate.
Both screens are open only to the platform administrator. Agreements manages the versions of the agreements between the platform and businesses (and resellers); Legal pack manages lawyer approval of the platform's legal texts.

- Open a draft with New version, write the text and change summary and press Save draft.
- If a lawyer approved the text, mark it with Mark as legally approved.
- Choose the effective date with Publish and publish. An empty date takes effect immediately.
- A published version cannot be changed; open a new version to correct it.
- DPA versions other than the first can take effect 30 days later at the earliest.
- A version without lawyer approval is published only with explicit confirmation and shows a "lawyer approval needed" mark.
Acceptance and the panel gate
A user who has not accepted the version in force can only open the acceptance screen, their profile and sign-out. In a business, the account owner accepts; other team members wait for the owner's acceptance. The acceptance is written to an immutable record with version, date and device details. A platform or reseller staff member who enters through support access cannot accept on behalf of the business.
Legal pack
Legal pack shows the approval status and content digest per language for the required documents (privacy notice, terms of use, commercial message consent, cross-border transfer, service agreement, DPA, sub-processor list).
- Download lawyer pack (ZIP) downloads the pack to send to the lawyer.
- While the go-live gate is on, publishing guest pages is blocked if any document is unapproved; while it is off only a warning is shown.
